Handmade fruit crusher - tin hopper

For these crushers, a classic, years-proven method of crushing is used with the help of counter-rotating cylinders with nails. The construction of the shredder is somewhat more complicated than simpler shredders equipped with a rotary knife. However, the reward is a quality product. A metal/stainless steel hopper and two silo cylinders are fixed on the steel frame. These are rotated through gears by turning a crank. Fruit from the hopper is captured and simultaneously crushed by stainless steel nails, which are placed on rollers.
